Organised into four sections - Overview, Ride Performance, Cancellation Insights, and Customer & Driver Behaviour - the dashboard supports focused exploration of booking trends, service reliability, and satisfaction. Built using ride transaction data from Yash Dev Ladha on Kaggle, it reveals patterns in efficiency, cancellation drivers, and repeat customer behaviour, offering clear insights into mobility and operational performance.
